You’ve probably noticed, but I’ll go ahead and state the obvious anyway.  I’ve been plenty distracted these days, doing just about everything except blogging.  Like working crazy hours to sending out the latest version of my dissertation proposal to my supervisors by a reasonable date.  Like scoping out neighborhoods and apartments in Berlin (fun news to be shared soon!).

And by getting totally sucked into Pinterest, which is like your own virtual pin board, where you can pin and create collections of just about anything you love (interior decorating ideas, fashion, prints or artwork, etc).  I absolutely love the ability to be able to collect that images I see all over the internet (easily linking back to give credit), organizing them into different pinboards, and using them for inspiration later.  So much fun!

Pinterest is still in the beta testing phase (there are certainly some kinks I’ve noticed that still need to be worked out) and therefore still requires an invitation to join.  But if you’re interested in trying it out, I’ve got a handful of invitations I can pass on to others — just drop me a comment below!
