There are lots of reasons to celebrate this day.  For one, I now belong to the mid-to-late-30’s age group (although I can hardly believe it). Mein Schatz and I celebrate 9 years of togetherness today too.  And even better than all of that, my parents are in town on their grand European adventure, and we get to spend time with them in Germany until the end of June.  It’s all so awesome in fact, that I’m making sure the celebrating happens all weekend long, right on through the Hamburg Half Marathon — so don’t wonder too much if that race recap happens a few days later than usual!
