Color week ends today with pink, but I may come back tomorrow and Tuesday and make up for my late start with Monday: Yellow and Tuesday: Blue.

Race Report: Park to Park 10K + 3 Miles
This morning in Central Park, Suzanne and I ran the Naples to New York Park to Park 10K. We also ran 1 mile before the race and 2 miles afterwards, to make sure we got in our 9-mile run for the week. It was gorgeous weather and low humidity, so we pretty much breezed through the race and were running our fastest miles at the end, which felt great. Even the extra mileage afterwards felt pretty good, which means we’re on track for the Half in August!
