It’s pouring rain this morning in Dublin, and I’m taking refuge in an internet cafe while mein Schatz attends the first day of his conference. I’m hoping to take a city tour or do some other sightseeing, but hope the rain will die down a bit first.

Our night out in Berlin was great. We stayed with mein Schatz’s friend in East Berlin, and he gave us a whirlwind tour of the city at night which was great! Although Daniel lived there for four years for university, the city has changed a lot since then.

But the next morning we had to pack up our things once again and head for our flight to Dublin. We feel a bit like nomads, and look forward to staying in one place for several days here. Once I venture out into the rain a see a few of the sights, I will try to update more!
