This week’s Superhero Photo Challenge is a “super macro and the indecipherable abstract image“.  My current favorite practice piece for indoor and up close photography is a gorgeous wall hanging I bought in Malaysia in 2003.  At the time I was a grad student and working for a maternal mortality program at the university.  We hosted a conference in Kuala Lumpur, and although I spent most of the time stuck inside the hotel working the conference, a few of us did escape for some shopping.  It is lovely both up close and far away.
