Life is humming along.
My research project is now in the data collection phase, and it will probably be there for awhile, given the sensitivity of the topic and the general difficulty of recruiting participants in crisis. I certainly did not propose an easy project for my fellowship, but I like a good challenge, dontcha know.
My nephew turns three today, so here is a special shout out to the birthday boy (especially since he was too cranky to talk to me on Skype today): HAPPY BIRTHDAY COEN! Three years old on the third day of the third month. Isn’t that a golden birthday, or have some sort of special meaning? My how the time flies.
P.S. Speaking of time flying, Nineteen Days, Amy and Leila’s photographic project celebrating the Baha’i Fast, is back for the second year in row. I wrote about it last year, and think you should check it out!
Aw, shucks! That Coen is a fickle fellow! When we got home and talked about his birthday party he was all upset that you weren’t going to be there, so don’t feel bad!
That is an amazing photo!
Kirst: No hard feelings. ;) Hope the birthday party is awesome!
