As part of February’s One Word Project over at Shutter Sisters, I chose the word discovery to focus my photography this month.  As a complete beginner, I am letting myself explore and not get too hung up on all the details of photography that I don’t understand yet — and simply open myself up to discovering the world through my lens.

This past weekend in Switzerland, I let my camera do the exploring, and discovered hundreds of ballet slippers hanging overhead in the city center.
